Randy and Dean Warren talk about the latest in professional cycling and their own riding exploits.  Coach Randy discusses the use of lights during the northern hemiphere’s autumn time of year which has fewer daylight hours to cycle.  The Warren brothers note a couple of World Tour team signings, including that of Nairo Quintana by Movistar.
